Dapper Event Design, a Denver-based experiential event design and production agency, is known for crafting unique and memorable experiences for national brands and corporate clients across the country. With a vast collection of curated event décor, Dapper sought to expand their offerings by launching a rental line exclusively available to their industry partners. The challenge was to create an intuitive platform for showcasing and renting these items while ensuring a seamless user experience, all supported by a promotional campaign to announce the launch effectively.

Outside Voice collaborated closely with Dapper and a third-party inventory software provider to bring their rental vision to life. First, we integrated the inventory software into Dapper’s website, creating a dedicated rental section. We designed and developed categorized pages to organize the extensive rental catalog, enabling users to easily browse, search, and access information about each item. The seamless integration ensured a user-friendly process from search to checkout.

With the digital infrastructure in place, we shifted focus to the launch promotion. Leveraging a quick timeline, we developed a creative video campaign to introduce the rental line. This included ideating the concept, writing the script, shooting and editing the video, and delivering the final assets within days. The polished video was tailored for social media and newsletter distribution, amplifying the launch and driving immediate engagement – and a few laughs.
