The Challenge
Elite Brands of Colorado is a state-wide distributor of premium beverages from around the world. Outside Voice has a long-standing relationship with Elite and was tapped to redesign their website. Elite faced a common but critical challenge: their previous website no longer reflected the best-in-class experience they offer through their products and services. Elite Brands represents an extensive and diverse global portfolio and prides themselves on industry leading customer service. The website needed a refresh to better represent their visual brand as a premium beverage distributor, communicate their products and services, and tell Elite’s own story better. The challenge was clear—create a visually compelling, user-friendly, and flexible website that could scale with Elite Brands’ growth, optimize mobile usability, and engage users more effectively.

The Solution
Although we’ve worked with Elite Brands since day one and have an intimate knowledge of the business, we still kicked off the project with an in-depth discovery phase, to ensure alignment of the websites functional requirements with any recent changes in the business. We facilitated interviews with Elite’s core audiences and stakeholders and conducted a thorough analysis of their needs and pinpointed key areas for improvement. With these insights, we crafted a sleek, modern design that aligned with Elite Brands’ visual identity. The new site structure prioritized usability, making it easy for customers to locate products and key information quickly. Enhanced product pages, streamlined navigation, and a refreshed color palette delivered a polished, professional experience. The redesigned site introduced several impactful new pages and experiences, including a careers page aimed at attracting top industry talent, enhanced tools and information designed for business partners, and dedicated sections that effectively communicate Elite’s story and successes to engage and attract new partnerships.
