Business Challenge
NCARG needed a clear and credible brand identity that could establish the Center as a national leader in reproductive and genomic education while unifying its academic, industry, and producer audiences.
Project Details
The National Center for Applied Reproduction and Genomics represents a collaborative effort between faculty from the University of Missouri’s College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources and the College of Veterinary Medicine. Designed to serve as a national training hub, the Center supports veterinary students, practicing veterinarians, genetics providers, pharmaceutical professionals, and livestock producers through advanced education and applied research.
Outside Voice partnered with NCARG leadership and the University of Missouri to develop a comprehensive brand identity and visual system for this innovative national center. Our process began with in-depth research and discovery to understand the specialized field of reproduction and genomics, as well as the Center’s role as both a physical training facility and a digital resource for learning and innovation. From this foundation, we developed multiple creative concepts and refined them into a cohesive visual language that reflected NCARG’s mission, credibility, and long-term vision.
The final identity system included logo design, brand standards, messaging elements, environmental applications, and building signage. Each touchpoint was carefully crafted to ensure consistency and clarity across academic, industry, and public-facing environments.
